With Stockholm marathon just around the corner, we sat down for an interview with Power Woman run coach Sanna Hed. She gave us some useful running tips to get you ready!


What are your top three tips to start running?


  • 1) Set a goal. Set your target against your current situation and condition. Make sure your goal is within reason, but yet challenging enough.
  • 2) Keep variety in your running: intervals, fartlek, steady, hills and long runs. The surfaces, vary! Asphalt, track, terrain, traill. That will minimize the chances of getting injured but also keep your motivation burning.
  • 3) Find a friend to run-date with!
