What are your 3 best marathon prep tips for Saturdays race, mental and physical?


  • 1) Don't make it complicated, eat what you usually eat, wear the clothes and shoes and other equipment that you are used to. This is not the moment to try new things!
  • 2) Be on time - stress costs you valuable energy.
  • 3) Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Life is more than marathons. Enjoy the race - you've worked hard, you're worth the fun!
