Return Policy

Returns for orders within the campaign will be paid in full if only one of the items is sent back.
If a new order is placed to exchange sizes or style within 24 hours, the same 20% discount will be applied.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods to us. We want your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible.

We have a 14-day open purchase on the entire range. The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging with the labels left and must not be used or washed.

You have the same right of return and exchange for swimwear as other goods. For hygiene reasons, plastic protection must remain on the product.

You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it. If you have chosen to have the delivery to a service point, the time is instead calculated from collection.

 

HOW TO RETURN

1. Fill in the return form that you find in the link above by clicking HERE. You can reuse the packaging in which the goods were delivered when you return. 

2. Place the prepaid return label that you receive via the return form.

3. Return the package to a service point belonging to the carrier who delivered the package. They will receive the package free of charge. Remember to ask for a receipt with the tracking number when you submit the return. This is your insurance in case the package should disappear.

 

CHANGE / RETURN

You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your products, calculated from the time you receive your package. The products must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging with labels and tags left.

If you want to change to another item or size, you need to return the item and then place a new order.

Can I track my order?

Please note that it sometimes happens that a package cannot be traced. Should this be the case with your package, we ask you to contact our customer service directly.

 

COMPLAINT

In the event of a complaint of defective goods or incorrect deliveries, you must contact our customer service as soon as possible. We are of course responsible for return shipping for incorrectly delivered goods.

 

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

The right of complaint covers goods that are defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. You should contact us as soon as possible after you discover the error.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You always have the right to withdraw for 14 days in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying this within 14 days of you or an agent receiving the ordered item (the withdrawal period). The item must be returned within 14 days from the date you announced that you have exercised your right of withdrawal. The products must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging with labels and tags left. REFUND

In order for you to be refunded, your return needs to be approved. The product must be returned within 14 days. The products must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging with labels and tags left. It may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed from the time we receive it. For returns, no fees are refunded for faster delivery or invoice fee. The shipping fee will only be refunded if you return the entire order.
