  • Do the things that gives you joy - no wrongs and no rights.
  • What works for you, forget the rest.
  • Planks are good!
  • Don't make it complicated! Simplify.
  • Commit to getting outside as many times as possible - walk, run or bike.
  • It doesn't need to be advanced to be called an active lifestyle.
  • Start your day with a glass of lemon water.
  • Motivation is an inside job!
  • Be kind - to others and yourself. You've got this!
