Making Returns Easy and Worry-Free!

We want you to feel fabulous in every Power Woman piece. If it's not quite right, just send it back within 14 days.

The Basics:

14-Day Hassle-Free Returns - From the day your order arrives.
Items should be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.
Removed the protective liner from swimwear? We can't take it back for hygiene reasons.
Pack the item(s) carefully so they are safe during transport.
If you choose to return and item and exchange sizes or choose store credit the return shipping is free. If you choose to return your order and get a refund we will charge 6€ for the return shipment.

How to Return:

Complete the digital return form below.
You can choose:

- To return the item and change to another size or color
- To return the item and get a store credit code to use for a later purchase
- To return the item and get a refund

3. When you have completed the digital Return form you will receive a shipping label pdf and QR code. You can either print yourself at home or show the QR code at the parcel service point who will print the label for you.

4. Drop off the parcel at the carrier's service point. Keep the return receipt - it's proof your package is on its way back to us!

Got a Flawed Item?

If you spot a flaw when your order arrives, fill in the digital return form below and choose “Complaint”.

Refunds:

We'll process your return once we get it and approve. Please give us up to 14 days from the arrival of the return parcel.. Keep in mind, invoice fees, expedited delivery, and shipping charges aren't refunded unless you return the entire order.

Your Rights:

Under consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day withdrawal right. Notify us within this period if you choose to cancel. Make sure returned items are in their original condition and packaging. Learn more about your rights in our general terms here.
