If a piece isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges and store credit ship back free. For refunds, a 6 € return shipping fee applies.

Return conditions
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day your order arrives.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.
- Swimwear with the protective liner removed cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. The same applies to socks and compression socks removed from their packaging.
- Pack your items carefully so they are protected during transport.
How to return
- Complete the digital return form below.
- Choose your preferred option:
- exchange for another size or colour
- store credit for a later purchase
- or a refund - You will receive a shipping label as a PDF and a QR code by e-mail. Show the QR code at the parcel service point and they will print it for you.
- Drop off the parcel at the carrier's service point.
- Ask for a receipt when you drop off the parcel, and keep it. It is your proof of return if the parcel is lost in transit.
Refunds
We process your return within 14 days of receiving and approving the parcel. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the entire order is returned.
Claims
If an item arrives with a flaw, complete the digital return form below and select "Complaint". Return shipping for approved claims is always free.
Your rights
Under consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Notify us within this period if you wish to cancel your purchase. Read more in our general terms.
