Making Returns Easy and Worry-Free!

We want you to feel fabulous in every Power Woman piece. If it's not quite right, just send it back within 14 days.

The Basics:

  1. 14-Day Hassle-Free Returns - From the day your order arrives.
  2. Items should be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.
  3. Removed the protective liner from swimwear? We can't take it back for hygiene reasons.
  4. For a different size or style, just return the item and reorder. We don't do direct exchanges.
  5. Bought a package deal? Return all items together and reorder what you'd like.
  6. If you received a discount, remember it's valid only at the time of purchase and won't apply later.

How to Return:

  1. Complete the Return Form in your package. Feel free to reuse the original packaging.
  2. Stick on the prepaid return label from your order.
  3. Drop it off at the same carrier's service point. Keep the return receipt - it's proof your package is on its way back to us!

Got a Flawed Item?

If you spot a flaw when your order arrives, use the prepaid return label and mark the reason as 'Defective product'. Please describe the flaw and ee'll replace it pronto. Missing a label? Contact us.

Refunds:

We'll process your return once we get it and approve. Please give us up to 14 days. Keep in mind, invoice fees, expedited delivery, and shipping charges aren't refunded unless you return the entire order.

Your Rights:

Under consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day withdrawal right. Notify us within this period if you choose to cancel. Make sure returned items are in their original condition and packaging. Learn more about your rights in our general terms here.
