We want your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible. If the fit isn't quite right, you don't feel 100% emPowered, or you change your mind for any reason, send it back to us!



All items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.

Swimwear may not be returned once the protective hygienic liner has been removed. 

To change to a different item or size, you need to return the item and place a new order. We cannot handle exchanges.

If you have received a discount, it only applies at the time of purchase and not later.

When buying package deals, the entire package, i.e. all items, must be returned at the same time. If you want part of the package, you must return the entire package and place a new order for the individual item you want.

*The 14 days begin once you receive your order. 


1. Fill out the Return Form that is included with your package. You may reuse the packaging in which the goods was delivered in when you return. 

2. Place the prepaid return label that you received with your order.

3. Return the package to a service point belonging to the carrier who delivered the package. They will receive the package free of charge. Remember to ask for a receipt with the tracking number when you submit the return.This is your insurance in case the package should disappear.

You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your products, calculated from the time you receive your package. The products must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging with labels and tags left.

We are unable to guarantee that the size and style of an item you wish to exchange will be in stock when we receive and process your return. We suggest placing a new order to ensure the item doesn't sell out beforehand.

Can I track my order?

Yes, in your order confirmation there is a tracking number you can follow. Please note that sometimes a package cannot be traced. If this is the case, please contact our customer service directly.



In the event you receive defective items or incorrect deliveries we will of course make a replacement. If this is discovered at order delivery - please use the prepaid return label that came with your order. Under reasons for return - select Defective product, please describe the flaw in detail. Before sending back the product, please wash the product. We will not accept unwashed products for reclaim. If you are missing a return label - please contact us at customerservice@powerwoman.com. Please note that we always try to repair or replace with new goods in the first instance.


The right of complaint covers goods that are defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. You should contact us as soon as possible after you discover the error.


You always have the right to withdraw for 14 days in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying this within 14 days of you or an agent receiving the ordered item (the withdrawal period). The item must be returned within 14 days from the date you announced that you have exercised your right of withdrawal. The products must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging with labels and tags left. In order for you to be refunded, your return needs to be approved. The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The products must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging with labels and tags attached. It may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed from the time we receive it. For returns, invoice fees and expedited delivery charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned.
