From Achilles tendon problems back to running
Louise shares her story of how she got back to running after struggling with persistent problems with her Achilles tendons. One goal has been to be able to run Göteborgsloppet, which she did this weekend after rehab and careful training! Congratulations to Louise!

51-year-old Masters swimmer Leila competing in the US Masters.
Leila swam the US Masters in end of April and competed in Power Woman swimwear. She lives in Dubai, Tunis and Stockholm and works as a lawyer and university teacher. She will turn 51 in May and is on her way to becoming a top 3 swimmer in Europe.
"I really wish to inspire middle-aged women all over the world and especially in the Arab world to play sports, to come back to competition or even to do a physical activity to stay strong and healthy both mentally and physically for as long as possible. You also meet many nice people through sports and share incredible experiences. Thanks to the sport I go through premenopause with less strong symptoms as well"
