
OCR World Champion Pia on finding her most enjoyable form of training
We had an interview with Pia KInd, worrld Champion in OCR and got to hear about her active life growing up, being interested in many different sports and how she eventually found her way to OCR. Pia also shared her perspective on aging, which working as a nurse specialized in geriatrics has given her great insights on and how she sees training continuing to be a part of her life all throughout her life.

-I am motivated by the feeling after a run and what it gives me, to feel alert in body and mind, I have never regretted a run. I am also spurred on by the fact that running gives me more energy that I can pass on to my family, myself and my job!

Julia´s dream come true!
Now it has been 13 years, I have run over 15 marathons and will finally run the SM (Sweden Championships) in marathon June 3. Just to run the SM is a dream come true and something I have trained for and wanted so much for several years. Life comes in between, but running gets to be there but in an adapted form. Like a really good friend that you can trust in all time.

- I work with sports injuries as my main focus and also training during/after pregnancy. My passion is my driving force and what I have allowed to blossom over the past three years, is my running. The goal that is in sight is the Stockholm Marathon 3/6. It is my first flat marathon.

From Achilles tendon problems back to running
Louise shares her story of how she got back to running after struggling with persistent problems with her Achilles tendons. One goal has been to be able to run Göteborgsloppet, which she did this weekend after rehab and careful training! Congratulations to Louise!

51-year-old Masters swimmer Leila competing in the US Masters.
Leila swam the US Masters in end of April and competed in Power Woman swimwear. She lives in Dubai, Tunis and Stockholm and works as a lawyer and university teacher. She will turn 51 in May and is on her way to becoming a top 3 swimmer in Europe.
"I really wish to inspire middle-aged women all over the world and especially in the Arab world to play sports, to come back to competition or even to do a physical activity to stay strong and healthy both mentally and physically for as long as possible. We have interviewed Lina Bäcke, the woman in the pictures for our new collection JOY. Lina absolutely loves training and has worked with training and health as a coach, personal trainer, online coaching and group training for about 10 years. She is also trained in pregnancy and mothers-training, which she is really passionate about. "The female body is so awesome" - says Lina, and we can only agree!
